4. Use the "Web-Based" Enrollment (Workaround)
Sometimes the app itself glitches. Many IT admins suggest enrolling via the browser instead:
Open Safari (do not use Chrome or Edge for this step).
Go to portal.manage.microsoft.com.
Sign in with your work email.
Follow the prompts to "Add Device." This will download a configuration profile directly to your Settings app.
Once downloaded, go to Settings > Profile Downloaded and tap Install.
